I am lucky because we moved right before I got on Suboxone so I left all the old friends, old triggers and old using places back there at the other side of town. That being said, I didn't get on Suboxone until we were here at the new place a year. There are none of the old using friends allowed here but I still sleep late, go back to sleep after I get my son of to school. That is something I can work on. We have a beautiful place here with 25 achers of land, I could get out and start exercising more. I am going to try to tweek that into my schedule and see how it goes.

I think that'd help u feel great. I don't have issues with sleeping to much because I've never been a napper. It's weird, if I take a nap or sleep during the day, when I wake up I have this depressed type feeling. It's hard to explain honestly but I just know it makes me feel bad so I never sleep except for at night like the normal 7-8 hrs. But I did invest in a treadmill and it's been such a huge part of my recovery, I know that sounds weird, but it's so satisfying to exercise after yrs of abuse from addiction. We live in the country in Tennessee on beautiful land, but I just like the treadmill lol but if ur a nature type person then that's definitely better than walking on a treadmill imo....I just don't like the heat then it gets super cold....ahh I'm just not into all that. So yeah, I think exercise is a great way to feel better :)
