Hi everyone,
I started subutex 9 days ago and it's been a little rough. My dose increased quickly and I was very sick. I am now at 8mg and I still feel its to much. Still getting slight nausea daily and the constipation is hell. I'm irritable and maybe a little melancholy but otherwise ok. Are these things normal? Is my dose still to high? Any feedback would be great... Thanks :D

Hi Charliegirl. I don't have experience with subutex but started on 8mg suboxone. Felt like crap and now 2 weeks after feeling much better on 24mg. What does your doctor say???
Someone with experience will reply soon enough, hang in there

It sounds like your dose may be too high (you didn't say how much you're coming off of). I would cut the 8mg tab in half and take 4mg. If several hours later you feel ok and aren't nauseous and irritable try not taking the other half.
Obviously, I'm not a doctor so def discuss it with him/her at your next appt.
