She would go through what is called precipitated withdrawals. It's not pretty, and not something anyone would like to endure!

Here is a link to the COWS induction flow sheet.

Make sure she is scoring AT LEAST a moderate WD number before she takes the suboxone again. I would shoot for a 16 or higher before I would induce. She doesn't necessarily have to be dependent on the heroin again to go into PW. If the heroin is still filling her receptors and she takes suboxone it will push it all off at once and cause a very hightened form of WD. It's safer to wait it out and be sure she has the receptors empty and ready to accept the suboxone before she takes anything else.

Hopefully she has learned that it isn't worth it to go through all this mess to get high for a few days. It's not a good cycle to start and can be very dangerous. People tend to take huge doses of heroin trying to feel the high because it is being blocked by the suboxone, and can overdose before they realize what they have done. Please tell her to be carefull!

Yep, Q said it!

She may not be dependent on the H yet, but it's definitely sitting on her receptors by this point, along with her meth dose. It's really a crap shoot as to how she'd do if she took the sub early so we're just being cautious.
