Hi all...like I put in subject line, am new here. (and thanks so much for being here) I have been on Suboxone for about 2 years now. My doctor has me down to .2 mg now, and has actually told me to just take half of that this month. I feel really bad in the afternoon when I try the .1 mg. I am so not ready for this. I am looking forward to hearing your suggestions. I am debating on going to another doctor in order to keep taking it. Is that the addict in me? or what? I have 3 kids and work two jobs so "feeling normal" is very important. (Like it isn't to anyone else huh?) Anyway...any suggestions on what I should do? :?:

You could try alternating 2mgs with 1mg - so you'd take 2mgs one day and then 1mg the next, then back to 2mgs. When you get used to that you can go down to 1mg per day. That's how I did it, and then below 1mg I've been doing the liquid thing.

You can do still do the alternating thing though if you don't want to try the liquid method. Alternate 1mg and .5mg, then go down to .5 every day, then .25 if you can or just start dosing every other day.

Get some exercise every day - like really break a sweat, it helps so much.

You can do it!
