I have been waiting on my prescription for 2 days, I called and talked to the pharmacist she said that badger care now requires pre-authorization on anyone who is prescribed suboxone apparently no one was made aware of this. She told me it could take 4 days to get the authorization I called the number in the back of my forward card the woman was nice but I don't think they are trained for this job she didn't have any answers for me she had to talk to her "coach" and then I was given a number to give to my pharmacists to push it through. I called my pharmacist and gave her the number, she said that they could give me 5 days worth and then the authorization should have gone through. I want to know why they don't let people know this ahead of time this is crucial I guess the government or insurance companies don't care. I'm sorry about the punctuation I'm very distraught that this could cause people on induction serious problems.
