hi,,,

yes, I have the same question as above,,,, only I want to add,

how much suboxone do you take, and when?

and do you take anything else? have you tried motrin??

I take 800mg of motrin the morning, sometimes another dose in the evening,,,, just depends on how things go.

And,,, they have these GREAT heat patch deals,,, that are like ten bucks for three, they EVEN have them for your
knees now,,, it wraps around your knee, and puts warmth on it for UP to eight hours......

this has really helped my back...

hope this helps,,
if you'd like to give just a little more information, we might be able to help you a bit more......

welcome to the forum

My right knee has been hurting me pretty bad for the past couple years. I thought it was due to an injury that I had to it about 10 years ago, but my doc sent me for xrays and they say I have patella alta and she referred me to a surgeon, but I am too chicken to see him. now she has referred me for physical therapy... I keep meaning to ask her for a cream or something.. my knee hurts me even through percosets 30 mgs+(before starting on sub, of course) so not sure what will help it :( good luck

Henry88,

For one, why don't you start your own thread in the Introductions section so we can give you the proper welcome. Second, you can't just post a question like that without supplying information about yourself and what you are taking now.

I have knee pain too but being the age I am, it is certainly arthritis and only Aleve or any OTC drug like that helps.

So do tell. What is going on with you? And BTW, WELCOME to the forum!

The only topical that works for me is called Voltarol Emulgel P .... Best place to get it is online from Amazon in the United Kingdom ... A 100g tube with shipping is about 20 bucks ... and Henry is ok that you didn't go thru the Introductions Dept. You can get it in the US also for about 40 bucks .... Funny my knee just started hurting, Good Luck buddy , Mike
