I am seeking a doctor who prescribes suboxone and takes my insurance which is Blue Cross (PPO). I live in the Sacramento area close to Citrus Heights. Not only do I spend a lot of money to get high but I barely get by with my monthly bills. I've been wanting to get clean and stay clean for a long time but didnt know how to stop other than cold turkey and/or with help of Valium/Xanax. I also went to rehab my first time but was partly forced to go (parents gave me one chance with that). But I have tried those ways and were way to hard, or just didn't work. I live fully independent, paying my own bills, and paying for my treatment that I am seeking now. I wish to find a doctor and have an appointment ASAP. I cannot live like this anymore!!! I am so torn up from the inside out. Please be helpful if you can answer my question or anything else regarding opiate addiction.
Thank you!!

Hi Sarah,

Welcome to the forum!!

If you scroll to the top of this page, there's a tab that says, "Find Suboxone Doctors", you can start there.

Hmmm, I just clicked on that tab and it took me to some entertainment site??? If one of the Moderators is reading this, can you look into that?

Here's another site to try,

and this one too,

I hope you're able to find a Suboxone doctor who suits your needs. There are plenty of people on this forum who have used or are currently using Suboxone to help treat their addiction.

Good Luck!

Be kind to yourself. Our character defects do NOT define who we are!
