to the people who were taking their subs twice a day...do you generally wait 12 hoursbetween your two daily doses? I would appreciate any 1 who would share their time table on how they split up their doseage during the day
.thank you very much

not sure why you would split up the dose unless you trying to wean? When I was weaning down I took first dose about 6am and the second dose about 3pm.... if I took the sub too close to bed time I didnt sleep well.

Hey positive,

From day one on Suboxone, my doctor instructed me to take my Suboxone twice daily. I basically took my sub twice daily for the entire 3 years I was on sub.

Now, most agree that current best practices suggest you take your Suboxone once daily.

Because you are still getting stabilized, if I were you, I would take my Suboxone twice daily....especially with some of the issues you have been having with feeling like your sub isn't lasting you very long. Once you get stabilized, you should at least try once a day dosing.

OK, how about I answer your question now....I would take my sub when I got up in the morning, after I brushed my teeth(7am ish). I would take my second dose around 5pm because if I took it any later, I would have trouble sleeping.
