DAY 23

Getting 8 hours sleep. Holy wow. Its nice to know there will be light poking through the blinds when I wake up. Depression and back pain still prevalent. Hopefully PAWS doesn't hang around too much. Went back to work a few days ago and I caught a cold. I can't tell you how bitter sweet that feeling is. To finally feel better and then get hit with a virus. Comparitively it's nothing though, like going from a tiger biting my leg to a sharp-toothed midget.

Wanted to thank everyone who replied promptly during a dark time. This place really helped.

To everyone else reading and quitting. Ugh. Just sit though it. It's an endurance test for sure, a solid few weeks of mental and emotional surgery without anesthetic. But not being dependent is a pretty sweet trophy for finishing. Your body and wallet will have a toothy grin.
