Did my last shot at 10:15 pm last night.. I am trying to figure out when to take my first dose of Suboxone.. There is a scale you can use to determine your level of withdrawal. It's called COWS (Clinical Opiate Withdrawal Scale.) The higher the number you score, the less likely you are to go into precipitated withdrawal. I have heard that heroin users should wait until they are in moderate to severe withdrawal before inducing on sub.

I hope that suboxone works for you. Be a little patient with the process. It might take a few days for you to feel better after inducing.
