Not sure what people think of my idea-- but I think that memorials to people who have died from overdose would help this forum strike home for people who are on the fence about getting help. As I mentioned, it can be done in a tasteful way.

I have heard about a number of deaths, but I do not know the names of people. For example, I read reacently that Manitowoc, a small community in Wisconsin, has had 9 overdose deaths this summer. None of the names were released by the police.

If you know of someone who died from an overdose of opioids, please send me the name of the person. If you have a nice picture, send it-- but even without any other info, just send the name and I'll research the rest.

Also, if you know of any doctors who were disciplined or charged criminially for killing patients with narcotics, I'd like to hear that as well. IN both cases, please send me a note at . Thank you very much-- I will not mention your name-- unless you ask me to..
