Probably everyone knows the technique to increase dose by using the tongue to "paint" the interior of the mouth.
I have noticed a gentle massage of the exterior of the face surrounding the mouth can "push" the liquid into gum tissue.
I have no proof this works, but it is logical, and a gentle face massage never hurt.
Especially the gum area above the front teeth is an area hard to put tongue pressure on.
Just gentle massage.

I read once of someone who accumulated a lot of 'spit' during dosing of the sublingual, and spit it into a plastic bag to freeze. Apparently there was enough frozen to make a difference if needed badly in the future. Seems to work

Anything else?

I've only been on subs 5 days and have never heard of this. Do you do this "painting" with your tongue after your film dissolves or what?

That sounds highly disgusting and unsanitary. Plus the 'spit' probably barely has any buprenorphine left in it.
