Hi there, this is my second post as today marks day 3 on my journey and first day doseing by myself and not in thw Drs office. I had a 2 day induction on the first day I was given 8mg (4mg to start and 4mg 45 min following) and I felt great. There has been a bit of chat on other threads about tapering off sub as a precaution to the inevitable health issues that come with older age.
Being in that group i would like to know at what dosage if any of sub would other pain meds break through and be effective eg if you were on 2mg of sub a day and an emergency came up you present at hospital and nobody there has ...

I study the posts Doc but keep messing up. I stopped using H on Friday. Did not use Saturday and started induction 2mg at a time. Hi I just had my son on 3/9/2017 I was on Subutex 8mg through my pregnancy. My baby started showing signs of withdrawal on day 3 so they​ started him on .074 of morphine every 3 hrs. After a few doseshe became very sleepy and wasn't waking up for his feeds so the Dr stopped it immediately when he started to wake up and eat again they put him on a much lower dose .16 ...

I recently sprained my back while putting my sleeping 5yr old into the car seat. I am currently lowering my milligrams of subutex from 24mg to 8mg. Can I take ibuprofen while doing this?

I've been on a slow taper - over 2 years, I've gone from 6mg/daily down to 1mg/daily. My last step down, from 1.5mg to 1 mg, is the first time I've noticed what felt to me like withdrawal symptoms.
