Post subject: One month clean/ got injured
PostPosted: Mon Oct 30, 2017 1:51 pm
Hi, I recently hit one month clean and sprained my shoulder/bone contusion. They gave me vicodin but I'm afraid to take any. I've been taking ibuprofen and icing it to help, but the pain is bad enough to make changing my kids diapers miserable. I guess my main question is how bad would the withdrawal's be if I took them as prescribed for a day or two? Any input would be appreciated, thanks

Post subject: FL: How do I find a subox Dr. Who accepts Insurance?
PostPosted: Mon Sep 18, 2017 9:36 pm
I have United Healthcare Insurance. I am lucky , I know. The problem I am having is finding a legitimate healthcare provider that accepts Insurance and the office visit co-pays. My current doctor is actually (in-network) with United Healthcare , but he declines to accept the co-pay but is still using insurance to charge for lab fees. His prescription writing fee; as I refer to it, is $175 and that's with a long time customer ...

Can anyone help me out? I'm currently In Austin and am traveling to Houston to help volunteer by cooking and whatever else I can do. My issue is that I run out of Suboxone in 6 days. Do you think if I go to my doctor and explain the situation to him that he will be willing to write me a new prescription that I can fill, that way I don't run out of medication ...

Post subject: Suboxone and Hurricane Harvey??
PostPosted: Mon Aug 28, 2017 7:12 pm
Hey gang! So just curious cause I'm sure there are suboxone patients going through this scenario currently and I only pray they find answers and resolve high anxiety times..

So what would happen if patients, who need suboxone who go to clinics in Houston or areas seriously effected by the hurricane couldn't make their appointments this week because of the evacuations? Is there some contigency plan doctors take to ensure their patients don't have to go ...

Hello everyone..this is only my 2nd post but I've been around for awhile now reading..I'm sure this has been discussed before but it's currently a question on my mind.
This could totally be in my head but I feel that the strips work better and last longer in between doses than the tabs..because of my job I travel and in the field a lot. So I will change from strips to tabs that month for ...

PostPosted: Tue Aug 22, 2017 11:13 am
Hello everyone. New here. I had a bad addiction to oxy years ago. I ended up getting on subs which saves my life. While on subs I ended up having to go to prison for a couple years. I am out now and want to get back on subs for relapse prevention. I am wondering how this is going to go with a sub doctor. Will he be willing to put me back on with ...

 Post subject: Side effects
PostPosted: Sat Aug 19, 2017 4:04 am
I started Suboxone two weeks ago, my pain is managed very well. I have been experiencing a few side effects (I think). I am unable to get a good nights sleep and when I finally do I have terrible sweats like I'm going through menopause again. Also having some headaches. Is this common?
