Post subject: I need some help
PostPosted: Wed Feb 14, 2018 4:23 am
Hello, I just want to start by saying, this is the first time I have ever posted on ANYTHING, I don't even post on Facebook lol. I do like to look at forums like this for answers and to remind myself that I'm not alone. I just never join or post because I'm scared of what responses I will get. I literally have no support system in my life. Not family, not friends, not the ...

Post subject: Does Suboxone have any uses outside of treating addiction?
PostPosted: Tue Feb 13, 2018 4:40 am
Most pain killers have some sort of medicinal or recreational applications. After all, that is what they were first formulated to be used for. Sure, people can and often do become dependent on them, but others are able to use them in a fashion befitting of their original intent.

To my knowledge, suboxone was primarily used as a substitute for methadone, or as a drug to help people ease some of the withdrawal symptoms from ...

Hello, I have been visiting this site for information over the years and would like to say first this is a great forum for the bup. I finally decided to create a profile on the forum instead of being a ghost in the background. I have been on sub for a little over 10 years. I am now 31 and have a family. I use to take pills (vic, perc, oxi, etc.) until I found sub and realized ...

Post subject: Sedation (Xanax & Halcion) for Tooth Extractions on Suboxone
PostPosted: Mon Jan 29, 2018 1:57 pm
Hi there, I have been doing so much research today since I’m having an oral procedure in 2 days. I’m on 4 mg of Subutex/Suboxone (and have been for several years), although I’ve been taking 8 mg the past 3-4 days hoping it’d cut the acute pain I’ve been having the entire weekend. I went to my dentist this morning, and they have to extract 2 teeth. They’re going to sedate me, although not with ...

Every once in a while the pharmacy screw up and doesn’t get their order in to fill my scrip. Unfortunately I’m down to 2 2mg of suboxone. It being Friday night and won’t see my order filled until Monday. I was going to start to taper just didn’t plan on it today.

PostPosted: Wed Dec 27, 2017 8:55 am
I added my info about this into another post where I had updated the new DEA rule that affects some states when transferring sub scripts on the Legal forum. I guess I should've created a totally new post because I'm not sure if anyine will see it there, as I replied to a post I started last August.

Anyway, if you have time to read a long post, please check it out. I haven't felt ...

Post subject: Suboxone On The Road
PostPosted: Wed Dec 20, 2017 2:07 am
Hello all,

Times, they are a-changing. Things are getting crazy, and my wife and I are settling in on the conclusion made by Andy DuFresne in “The Shawshank Redemption”: You either get busy living, or get busy dying.

The idea is to adopt a more transient lifestyle. At present, we are considering getting an RV and touring the fifty states. We’d be renting out our home in Southern California for part of our income, and ...
