The pharmacist eyes you suspiciously, and suddenly you wished you had shaved earlier this morning... your second-grade teacher is in line behind you, talking to your girlfriends mother... as the pharmacist yells for all to hear, 'I'm sick of YOU PEOPLE-- and I'm not filling this for you anymore!' Or your doctor, after increasing your pain meds for years, suddenly treats you like a criminal...

Post subject: Too much water = no sub metabolites in urine?
PostPosted: Wed Nov 08, 2017 10:16 pm
I just got back from my appointment and I was told that two previous urine tests were very diluted and showed no suboxone or it's metabolite in my urine. I asked if it had to do with me drinking a lot of water, which I tend to do ever since I replaced too much soda with watser, and they said that would explain the Suboxone not showing up but the metabolites should still be there. ...

Post subject: Increased $ For Roxa Brand Subutex
PostPosted: Mon Sep 25, 2017 1:10 pm
Has anyone on the Roxa brand Subutex experienced a significant increase in price lately for their medication?

I'm a cash patient (it's simply too expensive for our family to purchase coverage through my husbands employer and we don't qualify for Medicade), so every dollar counts.

A couple months ago, my pharmacy tried charging me double the price when I picked up my prescription. It's normally about $100 for 60 8mg tabs.....they charged me over $200. ...

Post subject: I'm a pharmacist wanting to understand this issue
PostPosted: Wed Aug 30, 2017 7:41 pm
Hey there,

So I am a pharmacist and I'm not the devil lol. I try to treat ALL patients with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I apologize for those in the field who have not always been to suboxone patients... BUT my question to this forum-

Why do I have so many picky patients who want a certain color/brand/certain word on their suboxone generic tablets? I have patients who only want DARK orange, they refuse the ...

I've been using this CVS pharmacy in NY for 8-10yrs.. suddenly their telling me they hold patients to the day now on partial fills?!
Ex- if I get a script for 28days, but out of affordability/no insurance I have to get it in partial fills; I go fill 10days worth and they make me wait ...

Post subject: No Suboxone In System?!
PostPosted: Tue Jun 20, 2017 5:06 am
I just had the most discouraging doctor's appointment this afternoon. They took my urine as usual and when I was called back to see the doctor they told me that my urine was negative for Suboxone. I take 8mg a day. I usually break the pill in half and take half in the morning and half in the late afternoon so there definitely should have been some of it in my urine. The only thing ...

Hi it's Queenie,

I hope you are all doing well. I'm o.k.

I saw my Sub doctor and all is well. He sent my pharmacy an RX for 6 months, as usual.

For the first time since I have been using this pharmacy, I get a call. "We received your doctor's RX but we called to order the medicine and they are out of stock. Today is Thurday, we may get them by Wednesday. Can ...

Post subject: Angry At Doctor But My Own Fault. *Sigh*
PostPosted: Sat Feb 25, 2017 4:27 pm
So, normally I am prescribed 11 tablets for 15 days = 6mg a day. We don't get our meds called in to the pharmacy until the day after our scheduled appointments, so that means at my clinic we are usually one day short on our meds. Anyway, I had my last dose on Thursday looking forward to refilling them on Friday like normal. It's usually every two weeks first dose on a Friday last on ...
