PostPosted: Mon Oct 30, 2017 12:14 pm
How many mg of Suboxone is 1/8th of a 8 mg sub film? Just curious because I have been taking a full 8 mg in the morning noticing I was not getting the initial feel I was was so I took 4 mg and that was like starting over. That was @ 5:00 am. I just took 1/8 and I’m wondering will this be enough to pick up my mood since I had been feeling ...

Post subject: How do I go from two doses a day to only one?
PostPosted: Sun Oct 22, 2017 12:00 pm
Hello everyone. My name is Lance. I've been on the sublingual suboxone strips for 3.3 years now.
I currently go to a shady doctor that is more interested in making money than his actual patients (a story for another day). However, he is all I have- in terms of a sub doctor.

Anyways, I am in a dilemma. My doctor cuts my dose about every 4 months down a mg.
I am currently prescribed 15 ...

Just wanted to pose a question to the group as answers out there in the Googlesphere vary, and often contain the same scatological maledictions found in only the worst YouTube comments. That question is this:

Has anyone noticed a significant difference in effect or absorption between Suboxone and any other branded or generic pharmaceutical compound of the same ingredients?

Reason I ask is that my insurance will only cover me for Zubsolv, of which I'm ...

Post subject: Stress and Over Use
PostPosted: Sat Sep 16, 2017 4:29 pm
This came up in my Mr. Brownstone Effect post a while back, and something I continue to struggle with on a day to day basis is this presence of stress in my life. At present, I'm the chief breadwinner for my family. My wife does some sidework which has been increasing lately and alleviating some (but by no means all) of our financial stresses. I work full time though, 40 hours a week. And on ...

 Post subject: The Tough Decision
PostPosted: Fri Sep 15, 2017 7:24 pm
I guess this is more of A tough decision than THE tough decision. And at the risk of repeating myself from my Mr. Brownstone effect post in this same forum category, I once again find myself in the same position of being low, almost out of my prescription a week before I'm due to get it refilled. I had again promised myself that last month would be the last time, and again, I've fallen short ...

Post subject: Losing the love of my life because of this "miracle" med!!
PostPosted: Fri Sep 15, 2017 12:29 am
My boyfriend has been on 8mg/2mg suboxone film and 2mg xanax a day for 12yrs at least.

I don't know what really got him started. He said it was after a surgery, for pain management. But I had my doubts because in the beginning of our relationship he was hiding it from me. And he would also go to the bathroom for literally 30min, 45min even an hour twice a day. I started thinking, maybe ...

PostPosted: Tue Sep 12, 2017 3:09 pm
Hi all,
So this is my first time posting here. Ill try to keep this as short and to the point as possible.
I've been on 16mg of Suboxone films (2 8mg strips/day) for the past 7 years. Never had a hot urine, never, EVER had a problem until now.
I went for my usual unrine last week and everything was fine (drugs negative, bup. positive.)
Then today I got an alert from my insurance ...

Post subject: Trying the lowest dose I can handle
PostPosted: Thu Sep 07, 2017 1:15 am
I'm on my second week of suboxone and have tapered to try and be on as low a dose as I can handle. It seems I can't go lower than 2-3mg per day (inducted at 12mg, took 8 the second day, and have tried to be lower since). At 2mg I sometimes don't feel awesome but bearable, however it's the cravings that scare me. I tried 1mg in morn and 1mg in afternoon but catch ...
