PostPosted: Wed Sep 13, 2017 12:43 pm
I have been on Roxy's for going on 5 years. I do about 210 mg's per, everyday, without missing a day. Needless to say its been years since I've gotten "high", I just maintain. I have been considering going on Sub's for a long time, but just have never pulled the trigger. I have now made the decision to give it a shot to see how I feel on them.

My question is, at 210 ...

PostPosted: Sat Sep 02, 2017 7:46 am
I waited 24 hours after my last dose of h to start with 1 mg of Suboxone but that only threw me into precipitated withdrawals. It only lasted about 4 hours and that was last night. I was able to get a good night's rest but woke up still feeling crappy. Where am I at now? Do I continue taking the subs? Do I have to wait another 24 hours?

I am sorry for the ...

Post subject: Need help switching from methadone to Suboxone
PostPosted: Wed Aug 30, 2017 5:45 am
I am on 110 mgs of methadone for 5 years. I saw a doctor a few days ago and he already gave me a prescription for Suboxone and told me to start taking it right away. He said to start it that evening by taking a small piece of the sublingual film (spelling might be wrong) and if I didn't feel worse it was OK to proceed. Because of everything I have heard about precipitated ...

Post subject: Day 2 induction. Still feeling off. Help?
PostPosted: Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:10 pm
Took 8mg sub after 20.5 hours of last short acting use. Felt better within 2 hours but had bad hot flashes and pain. Took another 4mg and felt better. Hot flashes returned quickly. Woke up on day 2 (10 hours after last sub dose) and was feeling some chills, hot flashes, and pain. Took another 2mg sub. I'm feeling ok but still rather crappy. I think hot flashes are a side effect of the sub ...

 Post subject: Cash only clinics
PostPosted: Sun Jul 30, 2017 12:51 am
Hey everyone,

I have insurance but can't get an appt at any places that take insurance. I was able to get an appt at a cash only place on Tuesday for $250 cash.

I've never been through this process before and am a little worried about spending the money and not getting a script. It's causing me a lot of anxiety.

Can someone with experience tell me how this process works at a cash only ...

Post subject: Can SUBUTEX cause precipitated w/d OR NOT?
PostPosted: Tue Jul 25, 2017 6:47 pm
Hi All,

After years of heroin, and just as many with Suboxone, a new doctor (and no, I don't "doctor shop") prescribed me 30-day supply of 8 mgs Subutex. He said I did not have to wait for ANY w/d symptoms to begin taking the Subutex. This was music to my ears b/c, like you and everyone on this forum, I HATE, I LOATHE that waiting to be in full-blown w/d. It's beyond Hell. So ...
