I really can't express enough how awesome this site is.

I have read alot the past few months on here but decided to join today. I don't have any social media anymore, so this quickly took up the empty space.

I absolutely love reading everyone's personal story. It's a great feeling to know that you're not alone. There is no negative judging here. Everyone is treated with respect and in a positive manner. I feel that this forum acts as a "support system" on its own. Some people don't have the resources to go to meetings. IMO this is the next best thing.

I could go on forever about my thoughts on addiction and this page, but I'll save the rambling.

Just wanted to say how thankful I am that I found this wonderful site.

I think it's awesome! THIS FORUM TOTALLY ROCKS!! LOL I know exactly what you mean about some people not having the resources to go to meetings and this being the next best thing. I stay reading stuff on here. People always leave terrific links and articles they've found in the paper and decide to share. I want everyone to know how grateful I am for this forum. I appreciate everyone here. Have a good day NooB. So glad you joined. Bama girl

Hi, I have to tell you my doctor is thrilled with this forum and my role here. She visits periodically and has recommended it to many of her patients. Yes, I agree, it is like a support group! It fascinates me, the feelings I have for people that I have never met. But, then again, it reminds me of when I was young and had a pen pal in another part of the world! Have a wonderful day all!

Welcome Noob! We're happy to have u here.

Gosh Michelle I had forgotten all about penpals!!!! Boy that reminded me of some sweet times. I remember asking my mom to buy me the most perfect stationery to write my penpal. Each person in our class had a penpal in another class somewhere pretty far away. Yeah this forum is the newer version of that in a way lol.

This is a wonderful forum. I've told my doctor about it also, now every time he sees me he says "it's jennjenn" lol. He comes and reads whenever he has time, which isn't very often because he's major busy. I'm very proud of this forum! ☆

Hey Noob, it's people like you that make this place so great! And the troublemakers get the boot out the door, never to be seen or heard from again. If their posts are really nasty we'll delete those too. Only good people allowed!

And FYI, we do have a special section for those who want to argue and debate the benefits/harm of Buprenorphine. It's called the Freestyle section and we mods were told to leave the posts alone. We'll only interfere if someone breaks the rules. Other than that, have at it!
