Hi everyone it has been a week since I took my last dose. I know I'm not out of the woods yet, however the reason for my post is simple. To just say thank you!

Starting into this I felt so alone as that was a horrible feeling, after posting on here for some help I received more then just an answer, I received support, advice, and a feeling that I'm not alone.

To this day people still check to see if I'm okay, and how I'm doing while offering encouragement, compliments and hope. It so nice to not be "alone" any more.

So after all of my rambling my point is...thank you! Thank you for the posts and for sharing your experiences and advice! I can never say how much it means!

We all know how much it means, because we've all been in your position! Feeling alone, especially while WD'ing, is awful. We will always be here to check on you!

Hey Sara,

That was extra-nice of you to say that. I think MM said it right. We have all felt alone and even scared at times looking for any kind of help and support as most of us kept our addiction secret from those close to us.

I know I did and was scared to death to even join here at first. I had no idea how lucky I was going to be to have some amazing members jump right in to offer me suggestions along with that much needed support. I know exactly how you felt at first.

We all help each other and as a result of that we help ourselves in the end. It works both ways!

Yup, nice to have you here with us! :D

Hugs,
Karen xoxo
