This is the link to a pdf file of On the Legality of Denying Medication Assisted Treatment in the Courts. It's pretty long so if you download it you might want to do so from your computer. It's the paper that started the legal action center's class action suit against courts who deny offenders medication assisted treatment and a must read for anyone who is interested in the rights of persons on MAT.

Thank You for posting that Jiva. I didn't click on the link due to paranoia but will do so later on. Definately would like to know the outcome of it. It's not right to deny a person on opiate replacement therapy to go w/o.
