Hello all.. I wanted to stop in and first say thank you for all the support so far. I had a crazy migraine last week that lasted the normal few day and I had 2 separate co-workers ask if I needed any "meds". And I actually said NO!! I said No for the very first time in my life of pills.. It was crazy after I sat down and realized that I turned them down, little weight lifted off of me. And whats even crazier is that I did crazy nor regret my decision.
I am not going to get a head of myself for I know this is gonna be a long road.

But DAMN IT that was great!!

Ok I am done boasting... Thanks again.. Have a great night ;)

You SHOULD be very proud of yourself! That is a very big step, and it's worth appreciating!

The really good news is, you can have a whole lifetime of those moments if you stay strong and work your recovery. There is no greater feeling than being able to have these victories after so many failures huh? Of course, I'm speaking for myself, I had LOT'S of failures! I'm looking forward to the day when my achievements surpass them! LOL

Good for you Reliving! If I could reach you, I'd give you a pat on the back too!

Thanks Q!!!.. And yes just this little/big achievement is great from the other failures. Ok one question I have is can we take vitamins while on Subs? I would like to get back on my vitamin days but I wasn't sure if they would off set it, though that does sound silly. Has there anything that has come out saying we shouldn't take vitamins?

Thanks again and we just gotta keep looking forward as we know what we put behind us :)

Oh no, RL, vitamins are just fine. In fact, if you plan on tapering at some point, being on a good vitamin regimine is a great help!

Going back and reading that sentence I just typed "vitamin regimine" reminded me of the I Love Lucy episode where she had to do a commercial for the vitamin tonic. Remember that one?

"Vita Vita Vegimine!" She had to drink tons of the stuff and wound up drunk because it contained alcohol. By the time she got to the end of the shoot she was slurring her words and drinking the nasty tasting stuff like it was the best thing she'd ever had!

I Love Lucy is the Bomb!
