LOL @Sweet tune. :D I swear, around two weeks off sub, I had a day of severe restlessness, kinda manic, and going up to a dive bar near here and starting some shit seemed like a good idea, but fortunately I didn't act on it.

You're doing great man, keep on keeping on!

Having some down days in the couple few weeks after quitting Suboxone is normal. It sucks, but it's normal.

As no_boop said, keep on keeping on, man!!

yea its been like 33 days. most of the shit is gone, just have no energy at night. my stomach shit still fluctuates, I found if I just eat on time and don't think about it its better. fatigue is slowly lifting. I just don't know what to do with my time. procrastination indeed. I still pushing.

Good to hear from you!

Why do today what you can put off until tomorrow? J/k, sorta. Unless your bored to death, good to go easy if you're not feeling great, sometimes, unless it's a Ben Franklin (quotation) "a stitch in in time saves nine" situation.

Loved the Clapton tune. Good ol' slowhand. Not a technical virtuoso whiz like Jeff Beck, etc, but sure conveys emotions through his guitar like no other.

This one is off an album titled "A Street Called Straight" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Bw7YFtArzU

PS about Clapton,

I heard he was buds with Stevie Ray Vaughan, and instrumental (pun not intended) in helping him get clean, after doing so himself.

Hey DB, good to hear from you!!

34 days today? Sweet!!

So, you're having a little trouble filling up that free time, eh? I hope you find something constructive to do or else that "free time" may end up biting you in the ass. Have you tried some exercise yet? Vigorous exercise....try it, it blew me away when I started exercising. It eats up some of that free time, you get in better shape and once you get into a bit, you'll probably notice you're making healthier choices in your life.

yea I hear yea, and I will do that. off to my pcp soon, getting tested for everything. I don't think something is right. I should be much better than this but I comes with the territory. I don't fear my free time im not going back so that's just it. I have well made my mind up on that one.
