Recently I ran out of my Suboxone supply while waiting for patient assistance from the company that makes it. It is so expensive that I can't just run to the store for it like I'm getting a quart of milk. By the third day my depression was so black, the ruminations of worthlessness, wanting to die, and physical agony so bad I would have done anything for a "fix." Luckily my boyfriend left work and picked up one third of my script (my druggist was kind enough to break it up and let me refill as I could afford it). I took one, sat back, and felt normal again. I plan to stay on this drug for the rest of my life.

Nothing wrong with that as long as you can meet the 3 following:

1. Have access to it
2. Can afford it
3. Don't abuse it
