hello hatmaker510. i plan to stay on subs for a lot longer than i thought.i gues you are staying on it too? do i have any idea wene the time is to cut down on mgrs? me having depression and mood swings mostly, the depressed state. i no you dont no me well , but how the heck am i going to get into the frame of mind like most of you .im going to keep talking. maybee some day, ill say the right thing and be more in recovery to do this.

I've been on sub for almost 2 1/2 years now and probably will stay on it for the long haul. But then I also take it for pain. It takes a lot of thought to decide whether to stay on sub or not. You don't have to decide now. You can decide not to get off it for now and reassess later. Maybe you could share with us a bit more about your situation and some of us could offer more opinions. It might be easier if you post again in this thread rather than starting new threads. Send me another PM if you cannot figure out how to do that. Hang in there and let me know if you need anything.
