I ran across this sign the other day in a restaurant and thought it was pretty cool. It reminded me of a friend of mine who has substantial clean time. When I first got to know this person, I had very little clean time, but I remember looking to this person regularly for inspiration.

Here's what the sign said, "Appreciation is a wonderful thing. It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well."

Anyone care to share some thoughts or words or sayings that have inspired them? I love reading stuff like that and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

"If you don't change direction, you might just end up where you're going"

Mostly I love quotes from movies, but AA/NA has so many good ones that inspire.

Fav from movie: "Don't know, Mongo only pawn in game of life".

Yeah, now that's what I'm talking about!!! Love all those sayings!!

Here's one my daughter gave me for my 1 year anniversary off of Suboxone, she put it in a frame thingy and everything!! You can do all things through Chirst who strengthens you. I used that quote a lot during my wd and PAWS.
