My son was on opiates, then when on suboxone. He never fully took the amt the doc prescribed. Being stubborn. He was feeling much better and weened himself down to far and started feeling bad again so he started on the opiates. Now he is trying the suboxone and still feeling really bad. He feels there is something more wrong, he is having severe upper abdominal pains. Could some please help me with this and is this normal..... Thank you from a worried mom.

Upper abdominal pain could represent something else going on. Is the pain coming from on top of his stomach/ chest? Or is it like typical cramping? How long did he wait between his drug of choice and getting back on suboxone? How long has this been going on for? Did he just induce today?
