I had my prescription filled today, it was not easy, I have filled it early twice as I have gone on vacation and had auth fron the doc. The pharm refused to reilltoday saying too early, I said no my insurance auth it. So I called the doc and he verified with a fax that the pharm required. This is not the first time this man has been rude to me, when my dose went he said oh three not doin it for ya. Walmart is the only place that has strips.

Sorry you have to deal with that. If it were me, I'd complain to the store manager and then just run it up the chain until I got some satisfaction. The pharmacist or tech shouldn't be commenting on your medication. Totally unprofessional. Get the guy's name and report his ass. Then ask for a gift card.

Good luck.

I agree with Diary. Ask to speak with the pharmacy manager and then complain right up to the district pharmacy manager. In the case of a store like Walmart there are plenty of people to complain to since it's such a big store. You deserve to be treated professionally and with dignity and respect.

You could also call another pharmacy you'd like to go to and ask them if they would be willing to order the strips for you.

Good luck.
