How long should in wait until i start the subs? i am affraid of being sick please help out thxs

You should wait until you are in mild to moderate withdrawals. The length of time varies for everyone. Google the COWS worksheet and evaluate yourself to see if you're really in w/d or not.

This advice only applies if you were taking short-acting opiates. If you're on methadone or fent patches you have to wait much much longer.

From my experience ((as u should prolly listen to the mods))....it's always about 12-24 hours sooner than the common logic. If you are taking OC's...wait 24 hours and you will be fine...roxicet...wait 18 hours...methadone...wait 36 hours (half-life differential)). good luck!
