I reduced my dosage from 16 to 8mg per day.I dose twice a day so 4mg in AM and 4mg in the PM.

I have been on 16 per day for at least 6 years but for the past year I've been exhausted, loss of appetite and loss of Hobbies,etc...
Suboxone has no euphoria so its hard to tell if your dosage is too high.
My energy may have increased after 5 days of 8mg per day but for the last few days the tiredness is back but then again I'm 75% more active in the past 3 days.
After lowering dosage how long does it take to feel the results?

Hello Tired, and welcome to the forum.

I did just as you have done over 3 years ago. Jumped from 16 to 8mgs over night. If memory serves me correctly I seemed to have a boost of energy the 3rd day. I never looked back.
I also dosed twice a day and it always held me well. The half life and losing half over my old dose did take a full two weeks before i felt totally even, if that makes sence to you.

Also, if you are more active you could be just tired. What I really noticed were the easing lf side effects because of my lower dose. It did give me more energy overall...just my experience..

Razor. ..
