Hi Everyone, Quick question, I have been doing the liquid taper for a couple of weeks and all is going well. I am now out of the 8mg pills and have some 8mg strips. My question is how do you liquify the strips. Do they dissolve in water like the pills? Or does the film remain and just the bupe comes off. I have a limited supply and can't afford to waste any. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks P.S. Do you use warm water or just cold tap? And also how long will it keep in the fridge?

I'm pretty sure that someone posted toward the end of the Liquid Taper thread that you can dissolve the strips in water. You might have to stir it around a bit. The post is on the last or second-to-last page of that thread.

I always made about 10 days worth of solution at a time and it kept in the fridge just fine.

Good luck!

Thanks DOQ I found the thread you were talking about. I am now down to .5mg and I'm not going to kid you it has been difficult. This drop from 1 to .5mg has been the hardest by far, its the one I felt the most. It seems like it wears off quickly like 3-4 hours. But all in all it is going well. Thanks for all of your input and support.

Yeah, 1mg to .5mg was too hard for me so I went from 1mg to .8mg and that was better. But if you're already doing ok on .5, good for you!
