Day two of no heroin. Last night was horrible!! I kept twitching out and tossing and turning!
I had one 8mg suboxone pill (that I got from a friend) and felt okay yesterday and saved a tiny piece for today but not nearly enough to keep me sane! It was so hard getting my 6 yr old ready for school and I feel myself dragging ugggghhhhhhh! I really need a doctor!!!
Anyone have any tips to make me feel better!!! ????
Thanks for reading!!

good to hear SOMETHING from ya!!!!!

sorry, your going thru this,,,,,, It'll be WORTH it in the end , though. I think you KNOW that.

if you could get ahold of some benzo's that'd help alot.........
would help you get some sleep, and not feel so tense, anyways.
I dont know if that's probable for you or not.

or if you could get ahold of a few low-grade pain pills, just to "get by"
that MIGHT help..............I know you want to quit, though. and that's kind of defeating the purpose. but if You look at it, as just GETTING BY TIL THE DR. APPt, then you think it could work????

have you tried finding a different dr. that could see you sooner????/
sorry, if you already have or tried, or whatever. i dont remember EXACTLY why/how you are waiting for the appointment.

Your doing a GREAT THING by changing your life. You'll be SO PROUD of yourself, VERY SOON
hang in there,
your ANOTHER day closer.

anyone can give up,
its the easiest thing in the world to do, but to
hold it together, when everyone would understand if you fell apart
