Hi Johnathon, how are you and your family? I just read a post about how you were switching from strips to generic. I just found out that bcbs of Michigan is no longer covering strips. Is there any form of generic you like best? Or least? Thank you much :)

Hi pugmommy,

It seems Jonathan hasn't been logging in recently. You can bump it up from time to time so he does see it when he finally logs in. But don't hold your breath. There have been times where he didn't post for several months.

Sorry

Hi Johnathon! Yes i was hoping to catch your attention. I saw a reply you had made to someone regarding different forms of generic suboxone and was wondering if you've tried any yet. As of 2015 my insurance won't cover strips, I'm trying the amneal brand and am having a very difficult time.

For now, I'm still on strips. My insurance didn't go up as I thought and the Suboxone program still covers their same amount of the cost, so I'm staying where I'm at.
And lucky me, I had an abscess on my lower left abdomen this past week and had to let ER lance it....holy shit at the pain it caused, both before and after. It's really been painful but Suboxone has helped a lot, still very much hurting though,
It's in a spot where a man would have a hernia, or just above it

Ouch. That must've been awful, but thank God its over. You are very lucky to still have suboxone, i had to switch and it's terrible, it's like I'm not taking anything at all.

It's "healing".....but at least I don't have a ping pong ball under the skin anymore.
Sure did hurt.
