Hi all. I just wanted to introduce myself. I found this website just by doing a google search. I had been on suboxone for about 3 months and eventually weaned off. Unfortunately (as I had posted in another thread) I relapsed soon thereafter. I no realize that suboxone really isn't a crutch. It gave me my life back, before becoming addicted to opiates. My goal is to go back on suboxone. And if it means I need to stay on it for a much longer time then that is ok. I want to live the productive life that I know I am capable of.

Anyway, just wanted to say hello there everyone :)

Hello & Welcome! Thanks for posting your introduction. It is always nice to meet a new person on here who can understand where we are all at. Good luck in finding your new doc. Do you have a plan on how you are going to go about it?

Cherie

Welcome Joshbgood! I'm also new to the forum. This disease is very powerful. As I have mentioned in another post for me to stay clean it's either Suboxone or a 12 step program.....I personally don't think Suboxone will work unless you really want to quit opiates...Suboxone is a wonderful tool to have in today's recovery if it's used properly. Good luck to you! SuperBuper
