Since resentments are one of the most dangerous things for addicts as far as provoking relapse, I wouldn't quit Suboxone if I was filled with anger! The first step is to realize that the feelings are not coming from nowhere, and not from a med-- you are angry at something or someone. You might be feeling sorry for yourself. You might be thinking that here you are, doing all the right things, and nobody is throwing a party. Who knows.... but I would recommend letting your mind settle in on the idea that you are pissed off about something... and decide what it might be.

Opiate addicts stifle their moods for years-- that is why we use. Take away the obsession and all kinds of emotions come out-- it is called 'dealing with life on life's terms'. It is harder than just doping up and pretending things are cool.

Good luck-- if all else fails, depakote is a good med to reduce angry feelings... but you would be sort of missing out on the point of why you are having it.
