welcome to the forum...don't get discouraged.I have found there is alot of support here on this forum. For this addict my doc told me I had to be free of my last dose of Loratab 10's for 48hrs and be in some withdrawl when I made my appt. I took the last of my 10's on a Saturday nite and had my induction to suboxone on Tues at 11 am. I was in some WD with some anxiety but not too bad......Once I took my first 8mg I started feeling better within 20 minutes. If you take sub too soon it will cause precipitatd withdrawls and they are terrible. Try and wait 48 hrs and be in mild withdrawl before or you may not become an immediate fan of this drug. Read some other post where people have not quite been honest about their last use. Again this is just my experience. good luck......let us know how you make out...
