If someone is in withdrawl will the ER help you? If so waht would they do for you .

it depends on the er. from what i have heard they might give you comfort meds and they might not. i guess it depends on the situation? are you on subs? if you ran out of somethinh they may be able to follow the three day rule?? but it is a toss up if they actually will persdcribe or not.

Seems to me it depends on the hospital. I have heard many post here saying the ER would not give them subs. They didn't even know what it is.

In my case my hospital gives me 1 Subutex while i'm there, 2 to take home and an rx until I can see my doctor.

So, I hope you are lucky to have one of those hospitals that do give subs.
