good morning everyone! Just wanted to provide an update. We havent had any additional pharmacy/lack of prescription drama this week, so thats been helpful. Mike has been moved up to 12 mg as of Friday, and he has actually slept well in the last 2 days. he is feeling "less cloudy", only drawback from this new dose is is very frequent need to pee! to the point of he has to go that second, or else, very bizarre. I will be researching that after this post to see how their related.

But so far, so good! He definately prefers it over methadone.

Thanks for the update. I'm glad Mike is stabilizing. I've heard about opiates having an effect on testosterone levels, but not on urination. Of course everyone has different reactions to any medication. But if it doesn't improve, I would recommend he consider seeing a urologist. The prostate could be enlarged - my husband went through that and takes Flomax to address it.
Please do let us know how that turns out. Again, thanks for the update.
