Anyone having the same symptoms? Always seems to happen immediately when I pop that pill under my tongue. I'm almost certain it's from the Naloxone. Has anyone tried Subutex and not had any headaches? Besides the headaches, no really other side effects, well, aside from the constipation. Don't really care too much about that since the opiates were causing the same thing and I got so used to it. What about from you guys? Any difficulties/other SE from being on Suboxone? I know this was probably asked a number of times, but I'm too lazy to do a search and find all the threads on it. Thanks for the input.

Peace.

Yeah, a nasty headache.. I heard it was the Naloxone.

Dr. Junig suggested spitting out the 'juice' after the pill dissolves, which in theory should get rid of the Naloxone. Maybe give that a try?

Just wanted to say that the spitting technique worked for me too :) I also wanted to welcome you to the site M.D. headaches were pretty minor and ultimately I'd take a daily headache over active addiction any day of the week but they were a little annoying. Other than that I think if you continued to stay on the Sub more longterm your only side effect might be feeling normal (at least that's how it's been for me).

It definitely helps with the headaches by spitting out the juice. I'm still a little confused as to Dr. J's method of maximizing absorption. The problem I'm having is that I keep building up saliva, and lots of it, and I don't want to swallow it because I know I'll get the headaches then. So I just keep swishing this stuff inside my mouth for like 10 minutes until I can't feel solid pieces of the suboxone, then I spit it out the juice. Is this technique okay? Or am I doing it wrong. Thanks for the input. I couldn't find on this forum Dr. J's post on how to effectively take suboxone. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great. Thanks!
