Just wanted to throw this out for your comment. Got a Gmail Alert with an announcement that "Hazelden", treatment center
has just added Suboxone to thier treatment options. What do you think??? I think it's great and will completley change
treatment centers the way we see them. Let me know what you think!

I hope it is what we both think it is, meaning, Suboxone to be used as a replacement drug and not a withdrawal drug.

A lot of treatment centers use Suboxone to help withdraw a patient off of painkillers or any other type of opiates. It is normally done anywhere from 3 days to a weeks time tapering down to nothing at the end. My brother went through that just six months ago and said the Sub worked well to stave off severe Oxy w/d's.

I suppose it's a wait and see approach.

I have not heard of them yet, I would like more information about the program if you could let me know.

What area are they as of now going to be in?

Since I pay cash, are they covered by insurances like Medicaid, Medicare, etc...cash only or what ?

Thanks for the info, I may Google them up and check it out!
