Hi Ty,

I don't have any expertise in brain chemicals or neurotransmitters, but I did want to mention one thing.

There have been stirrings in the Suboxone community that it has some anti-depressant properties. Are you saying the anxiety and depression is new after starting the medication? If so, it's possibly related to your having quit using.

My therapist helped me get through the initial difficulty following getting clean. We all go through it in some way or shape, as we were so accustomed to using drugs to cope and we have less or even no ways to cope without drugs. That's why support and therapy should go along with Suboxone to get the best benefit.

Take care and keep us posted.

Melissa
