I am thankful every day for all of you wonderful, fucked-up, brave, amazing people. And I'm thankful for this forum, which has helped me stay sane in my recovery process, given me a place where I feel like I belong and an opportunity to give back a little bit.

I'm off now to deal with my partner's crazy-ass family. Hopefully it won't be too stressful. I wish all of you the best & I hope you all get to eat great food today and be in the presence of someone you love.

Right back at ya, Diary. A lovely sentiment. Good luck today, I hope your stress is nice and low. Have a wonderful day. We're just about ready to eat!

HAHAHAHA, that's awesome!! That's the best laugh I've had in a few days!! You totally cracked me up.

Thank you for all of your amazing, wonderful posts, I believe I have read many of them and they are an inspiration to me.

I too am thankful for this forum, which has helped me in all the ways you mention.

I usually feel like one of the toys on mis-fit island---from Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer movie, but never do I feel that way here.

 Hey hey - I'm glad you appreciated that & that it gave you a good laugh! I meant it in the most affectionate way possible, of course!

I ended up having a really nice day - I hope you all did too.
