I want to thank everyone around here who is or has ever fought for our country, I'm pretty sure we have some military people around here.... There was a billboard I saw yesterday that read " The real American idol winner is the person who gets up every day to defend America " Mike

Why thank you, Painter. I'm a US Army veteran myself, although non-combat. Thanks for thinking of us vets.

Happy Memorial Day all! Have a safe and happy weekend. 8)

Thank you, Painter, for putting this up. I want to express my sincerest appreciation for all the sacrifices made by those who have served or are serving our country AND their families. What you do benefits all of us in this country and we need to remind ourselves of that.

Hatmaker, I did not know that about you. Thank you for sharing that; thank you for your service; and Happy Vet's Day to you!! I hope you get to do something nice for yourself today. :)
