Glad to see you back Sweet, get yourself stabilized and start attacking it again. Take this as a learning experience and make the small adjustments you need. Maybe spend a little more time on your doses this time around?

I have not relapsed, but it has not been all roses for me either. I have been lazy and I do notice that I do not crave opiates, but I do sometimes crave being "altered". I have the occasional beer, but if I do not watch it I know I could easily slip back into that pattern.

What I am saying is, get up, brush the dirt off your shoulders and do not be too negative or hard on yourself. You seem like you know what you have to do.

As for opiates and getting stuff done, the way I used (so off and on) I would always have a week or two where I would get lots of things done, but then for the next two weeks I would do nothing. I would get pissed at myself, taper off and say "this is it". Of course two-three months later I was back on. :?
