Anyone drink green tea on a rough withdrawal morning? Did it help. Currently sipping on one. I have read something about it increasing dopamine.

Anything with caffeine raises dopamine. But be careful...caffeine also worsens opioid withdrawal symptoms. It produces adrenaline which aggravates anxiety.

Yeah I am aware of the issue with noradrenaline. I have dropped coffee 100%, needed a pick me up so I went and bought a tea. Thanks.
