Hey everyone I was wondering if someone out there might be familiar with some suboxone laws. Here is my question: if I get my prescription out of state is there still a way for it to show up in anyway if I was to go to court or apply for a job, and possibly even a background check? And also will my local doctor here have those records? The reason I ask is because I live in a very small town and doctor patient confidentiality isn't exactly one of my docs highest concerns.

I don't know if the doctors have some sort of computer program that they access. But I will tell you this, my new doctor referenced some sort of program on his computer at the beginning of my visit. He told me my exact dosing, previous doctors name, and other information. I know the front desk worker didn't have time to put it in because right after I finished it the Doc called me back and she gave it to him within 30 seconds or so of me completing it. He didn't have a chance to even read it. First Doc was in Louisiana and the new one is in TN.

Just my experience

Dana

Thanks Dana. That's what I thought was going on with that now.
