I posted that the generic can have as low as a 60% bioavailability but that was heresay...I didn't know for sure if that number was correct. So I talked to my pharmacist who said that the generics can have as low as 90% bioavailability but not 60%. The generic has to be within that range of 10% less potent.

Wow, thanks. Once again, my doctor was wrong. He asserts it's between 80-120%.

I used the word bioavailability but I am talking about potency not the bioavailability of a durg....I'm going to poll pharmacists in my area and see what numbers they give me and repost....sorry about the confusion
