Hey. well..... this is a little out there. but i have no where else to ask this question. Certainly not a DR. who has not been on and then gotten off suboxone.. So here it goes.... How do you get back your stamina while having sex? Since i've been off suboxone for almost 3 months now..... I do not last as long as i have always been in the past. I know when you get off the subs, it makes your skin more sensative.... but i'm wondering how to get back to "normal" . Basically, i'm looking for tips to last longer in bed. Ahhhh got it off my chest. haha. I'm sure you guys know what i'm talking about. Honestly, this is one of my triggers to use. I really need to address this problem and fix it. Any input would seriously be appreciated.

Masturbate frequently, think of an ugly girl, wear a condom even if you don't have to.

Dude this was brought up just recently. A few people put in their 2 cents. It's the kinda topic where I think some guys are scared to give their 2cents, even if they've got a few dollars to give away.

[web]http://suboxforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=6860[/web]

Effuzion kinda made a good point, except I dunno if the ugly girl thing would help much. Even an ugly girl coulda touched me on the shoulder and I'd be shuddering and blushing. If you do have some special time to yourself, make sure you drag it out a long time. It's about re-training yourself. Every time you get into something sexual whether it's alone or with a girl, it's important that you drag it out as long as you can even if it means stopping and starting constantly. Get to the point where you're about to cum then stop, let yourself calm down, and do it again. Try and keep it up for half an hour. Watch the whole porno ... don't just skip to the moneyshot.

Understand that it DOES get better. The body and mind and emotions are heaps sensitive during PAWS. Premature ejaculation is a symptom of opioid PAWS. As the tiny traces of Sub and heroin leave your body (Sub lingers a while), your sensitivity will normalise.

What's important in the meantime is to not build up an anxiety about it, because what's happening is really normal. It's important she understands that too. As long as you accept this and you're cool with it, you'll get better as your body and mind normalise. If you make sure your girl's satisfied you'll be happy with your performance regardless of how easily you came. If you feel the pressure building up, pull out and work on her in other ways ... then get back to it.

Good luck.

PS think about playing Zelda.

Foreplay is your best friend when it comes to sex. You should never finish first that were foreplay comes in you will get your partner off a couple times before intercourse and by than your gf will already be satisfied so you not lasting as long will not be as big as deal. But if this doesn't help get those condoms that numb yourself you last much longer I always use these the first time I have sex with a new gf becausei cn go for at the least 10 minutes, try these man they truly work real well.

krazy subject... but im on that same boat as you and it sucks. I myself have tried just about everything i could think of from crazy shyt like eating multiple cialis at one time (swallowing 2 and crunching 2 with teeth then swallowing) to taking 1000's mg of steroids (test, deca, tren - name it and iv shot it).... An nothing has worked. So from my personal experiance on what to take to help... Couldnt find anything. I guess its along the same line as everything else with taking sub's, just takes time to heal and get back to normal. Normal ha i wish i knew what that meant or feels like.

having never posted on this forum before and choosing to reply to this post...
hell of a one to choose for a first

but since I kinda had tried to find anything that would help, just thought id give my 2 cents

Hey Kris6868,

I agree this is a weird post to start on. Why don't you start a thread for yourself so we can give you the welcome wagon.

Tell us a little about your addiction and or recovery. No reason to hide here at the bottom of a sex subject.

And sorry, I don't have any 2¢ to add, but I will say "Keep it up!"

Man I had a great laugh reading this thread. For me, I always been ALOT early and it drives me insane. I do have an enlarged prostrated and not it's going into over drive from the recent mandatory withdraw my dr put me in before starting suboxone. I would have to change my spiderman undies every few hours cause they would get gooey. Not from a wayward O, just leakage. I know it's a side effect of the suboxone and I forgot to tell my dr about the prosty.

I actually was prescribed Xanax or ativan to help me relax before sex. Being married 16 years and I am a 2 pump chump. Always was. Very very frustrating. Only time I could last, was when I would take a bunch of of my opiates, Ativan, and get totally drunk.
Wish I knew of a way to stay.

Be a selfish lay. After all the hard work you've put into getting off Sub... you deserve it!
