I practically lived on soup and supplements the first 10 days or so. You will have better days in between the brutal. Lots of water, as much as you can get down. Keep hanging in there, we are all pulling for you!

bland bland soup for the first week or so then force your self to eat solid food when you can. it took me four hours to eat a bagel. the first solid food i ate since stopping. as soon as you can eat small amounts it will make your stomach feel better. try some sort of otc acid reducer it will help your upset stomach by reducing acid. hang in there.
