Why do you think he's going to test you? If he does (even if he doesn't) I've learned that honesty is the best way to approach all issues regarding recovery with my dr. It makes his job treating me much easier and it makes my role as the patient much less stressful. If you slipped up, tell him. Maybe your dose is off, or he can direct you somewhere for help.

I agree, your best bet is probably honesty. Your sub doctor is there to help you. It's his/her job to work through it with you. Have you ever failed UA's before? Or is this the first time you expect to fail one? Most people who come through here have the best success by just being up front and honest with their doctors. Now obviously we don't know your doctor and you do and it's your decision on how to handle it.

Good luck and do let us know how it turns out.
