hi MJ
I know what it is like to be depressed, and opiates - at first seeming to be the god send to depression, end up making it thousands of times worse. I think opiates can even turn a depression into a major mood disorder if abused long term. That has been my experience. I suppose you are here because you are on subxone? I hope that this is stabilizing your mood. I also just joined today although I have been around this site before. So you and I both joined today, and I just wanted you to know that despite the fact that I am not doing so well, that I am here to welcome you, and hope that you do ok.

Hello and welcome to both of you! It sounds like you are both having a rough time and I am sorry to hear that. If you would like to share your story and the problems you are having I am sure there is someone here that can relate and may even be able to help. I look forward to getting to know you both!

Although this is not my thread, I saw that everyone was addressing both of us. Thanks so much. I feel less alone.
